When will my order be made?

Each LANZAWEAR item is printed when ordered. This means your product is created especially for you after your order is placed, instead of being taken from unnecessary pre-made stock.

How long does processing take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product and order volume. Because each item is made when ordered, please allow time for printing, quality checking, and preparation before shipping.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, absolutely! You will receive an invoice for your order. It is typically sent directly to the email address you provided during checkout once the purchase is confirmed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, LANZAWEAR ships worldwide. Delivery options and costs are calculated at checkout, with complimentary shipping available during special promotional periods.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible by Facebook Messenger. We currently handle support by message only, and calls are not available. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to help. Once printing has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Each item is made to order, especially for you. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect or printing defect. Please contact us by Facebook Messenger with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
